Training trainers
The activity of training trainers oriented towards the practical and theoretical training of the teaching staff through the use of modern didactic technologies, interactive and participatory teaching methods, information technologies - is one of the basic attributions of the INJ provided in the Statute of the National Institute of Justice, approved at the meeting of the INJ Council on 06.06.2007.
The training of trainers is organized in order to train a staff to ensure the initial training of candidates for the positions of judge and prosecutor, as well as the continuous training of judges, prosecutors and other persons who administer justice (clerks, judicial assistants, heads of court secretaries, probation counselors, etc.).
The teaching staff of the INJ is constituted through the Network of trainers, which is completed through a competition organized by the INJ Council, usually from among judges and prosecutors in office, teaching staff from higher education and specialists with professional skills in other fields necessary for training.
Considering the importance of maintaining and promoting a high quality of professional training, INJ involves trainers in various international activities, thus favoring the implementation of international experience within the professional training process of INJ beneficiaries.
