Duties and prerogatives

Organization and governance

  • Approves the organisational structure and internal regulations of the institute.
  • Elects and dismisses the INJ Director in accordance with the legal mandate.
  • Approves the annual budget and the financial activity reports.

Education for excellence

  • Approves strategic plans and initial training programmes.
  • Confirms the results of the graduation examinations and the examination boards.
  • Decides on the integration of expert trainers into the national network.
