Position Purpose
Managing the International Relations and European Projects Section, developing strategic partnerships and managing complete project cycles: identification, writing, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
Eligibility Requirements
- Higher education (preferably international relations, law, public administration, political science or economics)
- Minimum 5 years in international cooperation/projects, including 2 years leading teams
- Minimum 2 complete project cycles successfully written and implemented
- Advanced Romanian; advanced English (written/spoken)
- Tools: MS Project, Asana, Trello; EU/CoE/UN funder platforms
Requirements

• Section management and activity oversight
• Partnership development and negotiation of agreements/MoU
• Project conceptualization and proposal writing
• Project implementation, monitoring, and financial/technical control
• Report coordination and audit preparation
• Protocol management and institutional representation
• Communication and project visibility
