About INJ
The National Institute of Justice is a public institution specialized in initial and continuing professional training in the field of justice, which promotes high standards of professionalism, integrity and institutional efficiency.
Purpose of the post
It ensures the organization, operational coordination and monitoring of continuing professional training activities for judges, prosecutors and other professionals in the justice sector, contributing to the development and implementation of training programs in accordance with institutional quality standards.
Main roles
Organizing and conducting continuous training activities
- Drafting of continuous training programs and semester training calendar plans;
- Organization of continuous training activities (local, regional) for INJ beneficiaries in accordance with calendar plans;
- Ensuring the logistics of continuous training activities in collaboration with relevant departments;
- Management of goods offered to beneficiaries of continuing education;
- Elaboration of course agenda projects and didactic materials together with the trainers;
- Elaboration of the necessary documentation for the continuous training activity;
Cooperation and coordination
- Collaboration with beneficiary institutions of continuous training activities, including INJ subdivisions;
- Working with trainers and beneficiaries for the smooth running of the programs;
- Collaboration with INJ partners to carry out continuous training activities;
- Working with all structures of the unit for the continuous improvement of the training processes and the quality management system.
Monitoring and record keeping
- Management and completion of the database of the Information System of the INJ regarding the record of continuous training activities;
- Generation of various electronic reference reports from the Information System;
- Ensuring the monitoring and evaluation of the quality of continuous training activities in collaboration with relevant departments;
- Evaluation of the degree of satisfaction of INJ beneficiaries and the implementation of measures for the continuous improvement of the quality management system;
- Storage and transmission in the archive of the materials of the section according to the nomenclature.
Quality management and compliance
- Knowledge and compliance with the provisions applicable to the position contained in the documentation of the integrated quality management system;
- Implementation of quality assurance and service evaluation tools;
- Awareness of the importance of compliance with the quality policy and the requirements of the integrated management system;
- Proposing and applying measures to continuously improve the operation of the quality management system.
Reports and documentation
- Elaboration of the draft of the annual report on continuous training activities within the INJ;
- Preparation of other reports and documents requested by INJ management;
Complementary Essential Duties
- participates in the development of the department's annual activity plan;
- contributes to the drafting of informative and didactic materials related to the trainings;
- ensures the updating of databases regarding training participants;
- respects the rules of professional ethics and the legislation on the protection of personal data;
Eligibility Requirements
Studies:
- completed higher education (law, public administration, social sciences, educational sciences or related fields).
- Experience:
- minimum 1 years of relevant professional experience;
- experience in the field of professional training or event organization is an advantage.
Knowledge:
- knowledge of the normative framework relevant to the field of justice and professional training;
- skills in writing and drafting official documents;
- capacity for analysis and synthesis.
Languages:
- Romanian language – advanced level;
- knowledge of English and/or another international language is an advantage.
Digital skills:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – advanced level;
- use of online training platforms and digital collaboration tools – advantage.
