We invite you to apply to the e-learning courses provided on the distance learning platforms ILIAS of INJ and HELP of CoE (click on the name for more information about the course):
1. Child-victim/witness-friendly justice – the multidisciplinary response to violence against children (24 hours of training),
Active period of the course: 10.07.2023 – 10.08.2023,
Provided on the ILIAS Platform of INJ,
Recipients: judges, prosecutors, prosecutors' consultants, heads of secretariats, legal assistants, clerks, court and prosecutors' collaborators, lawyers providing state-guaranteed legal aid, INJ collaborators and trainers.
2. Settlement of electoral disputes. ECtHR module (20 hours of training),
Tutoring: INJ tutors,
Active period of the course: 10.07.2023 – 10.08.2023,
Provided on the ILIAS Platform of INJ,
Recipients: judges, prosecutors, prosecutors' consultants, heads of secretariats, judicial assistants, clerks, court and prosecutors' collaborators, lawyers providing state-guaranteed legal aid, INJ collaborators and trainers.
3. Criminal prosecution and the European Convention on Human Rights (24 hours of training),
Tutoring: certified HELP tutor,
Active period of the course: 10.07.2023 – 10.08.2023,
Provided on the ILIAS Platform of INJ,
Recipients: judges, prosecutors, prosecutors' consultants, heads of secretariats, judicial assistants, clerks, collaborators from the courts and prosecutor's offices, lawyers who provide state-guaranteed legal assistance, collaborators and INJ trainers.
4. Ethics and professional conduct for judges, prosecutors and lawyers (9 hours of training),
Tutoring: certified HELP tutor,
Active period of the course: 10.07.2023 – 30.07.2023,
Provided on the HELP Platform of the CoE
Recipients: judges, prosecutors, lawyers who provide state-guaranteed legal assistance.
The courses are certified by INJ.
