We invite you to register for the e-course "Violence against women and domestic violence", provided on the CoE's HELP Platform.

Hours of training: 40 hours.

participant: 50 beneficiaries - judges, judicial assistants, clerks, prosecutors, prosecutor consultants, lawyers who provide state-guaranteed legal assistance.

Course registration period: 11.05.2022 - 05/23/2022.

Active period of the course: 25/05/2022 - 25/07/2022.

Required equipment: computer (laptop), speakers or headphones, internet connection.

General description of the course: This online course provides a comprehensive overview of the field of violence against women and domestic violence. The e-course contains seven modules.

Mode 2: International and European legal framework

Module 3: Overcoming obstacles - Access to justice

Module 4: The criminal justice response I: The pre-trial investigation

Module 5: The Criminal Justice Response II: Judgment and Sentencing

Module 6: The Criminal Justice Response

Module 7: Alternative Dispute Resolution

Test mode: mandatory testing.

certification The: Beneficiaries of the training will receive HELP certificates attesting the passing of the course based on the result of the final testing.
