We invite you to register for the e-course "Judicial Reasoning and Human Rights", provided on the CoE's HELP Platform.
Hours of training: 40 hours.
participant: 30 beneficiaries - judges, judicial assistants, prosecutors, prosecutor's consultants, lawyers who provide state-guaranteed legal assistance.
Course registration period: 21.02.2022 - 25.02.2022.
Active period of the course: 03/04/2022 - 04/17/2022.
Required equipment: computer (laptop), speakers or headphones, internet connection.
General description of the course: This online course provides a comprehensive overview of judicial reasoning and judicial quality standards relating to criminal and civil procedures, case law and best practice.
The course is interactive, being composed of 7 modules:
- Introduction
- Judicial reasoning and due process
- Judicial reasoning in the criminal process – Preliminary stage
- Judicial reasoning in the criminal process – Judgment, Appeal and Execution of judgments
- Judicial reasoning in civil proceedings – General principles
- Judicial reasoning in the civil process – Thematic issues I
- Judicial reasoning in the civil process – Thematic problems II
Test mode: mandatory testing.
certification The: Beneficiaries of the training will receive certificates certifying the passing of the course based on the result of the final testing.
