We invite you to the distance training course "Women's access to justice"!

Dear INJ beneficiaries,

We invite you to register for the e-course "Women's Access to Justice", provided on the HELP Platform of the CoE.

Hours of training: 40 hours.

participant: 30 beneficiaries - judges, prosecutors, heads of secretariats, judicial assistants, clerks, court collaborators, prosecutor consultants, trainers and INJ staff

Course registration period: 10.01.2022 - 14.01.2022.

Active period of the course: 18.01.2022 - 18.03.2022.

Required equipment: computer (laptop), speakers or headphones, internet connection.

General description of the course: The e-course "Women's access to justice" offers an interactive and comprehensive overview of international and European standards on women's rights and gender equality, on jurisprudence and good practices in the field, being a distinct and concrete tool for promoting gender-sensitive justice. It is the first HELP course to offer a unique resource on gender equality and justice, covering standards, case law, monitoring reports and Council of Europe resolutions on the topic.

The course includes presentations, knowledge assessment tests, scenarios and reflection exercises.

Test mode: compulsory testing (test-grid).

certification The: Beneficiaries of the training will receive certificates certifying the passing of the course based on the result of the final test (test-grid).
