ERA training opportunity - webinar "Directive 2014/41/EU: European Criminal Investigation Order" (EIO)
The National Institute of Justice informs judges, prosecutors and lawyers from the Republic of Moldova about the possibility to participate in a dedicated webinar Directive 2014/41/EU on the European Investigation Order (EIO) in criminal matters. The training program will take place online, on the Zoom platform, in english language, on the date of February 25, 2026.
The event is part of a series of five webinars organized by the European Law Academy (ERA), with the financial support of the European Union, with the objective of strengthening cross-border judicial cooperation and mechanisms for the recognition of court decisions in the context of detention. During the training session, the provisions of Directive 2014/41/EU will be explained, as well as the roles and responsibilities of the professionals involved in the implementation of the provided measures, both in the issuing and executing EU member states.
Conditions of participation:
- participation is free;
- the number of places is limited, and registration is done individually, directly by the participants;
- a certificate of participation will be issued to those who will attend the entire duration of the webinar.
