ERA training opportunity on deferred prosecution agreements

Prosecutors can register for the online seminar "Deferred Prosecution Agreements", organized by the Academy of European Law - ERA. The training program will take place during April 28-29, 2026, in English.

The seminar will analyze the negotiated settlement mechanisms in criminal cases involving the liability of legal entities for crimes such as corruption or money laundering, with an emphasis on agreements to postpone criminal prosecution. The role of these tools in the development of corporate governance practices, the legal and ethical implications of their use, current trends in their application in Europe, including recent experiences in France and the United Kingdom, will be examined.
