Solutions for providing initial training to trainee administrators, discussed in a workshop

On the afternoon of Thursday, September 26, 2024, a working meeting was held at the National Institute of Justice, attended by Adrian Cerbu, Interim Director, Ecaterina Popa, Head of the Training and Research Directorate, and Ion Popa, Vice President of the Council of the Authorized Administrators Union. The dialogue aimed at identifying solutions for providing initial training to authorized trainee administrators.

According to the current legal provisions, the initial training for admission to the profession of administrator is carried out within the National Institute of Justice or in higher education institutions in the field of law or economic sciences based on a program approved by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure. In this context, the meeting discussed the possibility of taking actions that would effectively respond to the initial training needs of authorized administrators. According to the Law on the National Institute of Justice, the initial or continuing training courses for other persons active in the justice sector are organized on a contractual basis, at the request or at the initiative of the Institute.

Both parties expressed their interest in continuing the collaboration for the development of optimal educational solutions for future licensed administrators and for establishing concrete steps for the implementation of The initial theoretical training program for admission to the profession of authorized administrator.
