"Refugee and migrant children" - a new e-course on the HELP platform of the Council of Europe, piloted by the National Institute of Justice

Dear beneficiaries of the National Institute of Justice,

We invite you to register for a new e-course "Refugee and Migrant Children", piloted by the National Institute of Justice in partnership with the Council of Europe.

Participants: judges, prosecutors, officers of the General Inspectorate for Migration.

Registration period for the e-course: September 24, 2025 – October 3, 2025.

Active period of the e-course: October 15, 2025 – November 17, 2025.

Test mode: mandatory testing.

Certification: Beneficiaries will receive certificates certifying their participation in this e-course, issued by the HELP and INJ Unit (20 hours of training).

The e-course is designed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of professionals who work directly with this category of people, ensuring the application of European and international standards in their daily work. The main objective of the course is to improve the protection of refugee and migrant children through the appropriate training of those who assist them. The training program addresses the complex legal framework and provides an overview of the relevant jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

Tutoring: Nicoleta Hriplivîi and Vadim Vieru, certified HELP tutors.

Partner: The Council of Europe project "Strengthening the protection of human rights of refugees and migrants from the Republic of Moldova: phase II".

Providing incorrect information on the registration forms regarding the position held will prevent you from obtaining e-courses promotion certificates!

NB! The e-course launch event will take place in physical format on October 15, 2025. Participants will receive additional information regarding the event agenda and other important details.
