ERA Training Opportunity - "Framework Decision 584: European Arrest Warrant" webinar

Judges, prosecutors and lawyers from the Republic of Moldova have the opportunity to participate in a dedicated webinar Framework Decision 584: European Arrest Warrant (EAW)

The training program will take place online, on the Zoom platform, in english language, on the date of January 30, 2026.

The event is part of a series of five webinars organized by the European Law Academy (ERA), with the financial support of the European Union, with the objective of strengthening cross-border judicial cooperation and mechanisms for the recognition of court decisions in the context of detention. During the training session, the provisions of the European arrest warrant will be explained, as well as the roles and responsibilities of the professionals involved in the application of the measures provided for, both in the issuing and executing EU member states.

Conditions of participation:

• participation is free;
• registration is done individually, directly by the participants. It is recommended to submit the form at least three days before the event.
• a certificate of participation will be issued to those who will attend the entire duration of the webinar.
