New book titles in the INJ Library

The Library of the National Institute of Justice has enriched its book stock with two volumes: "Problems of law and solutions in the separate opinion of the judge" and "Jurisprudential-scientific contribution to contraventional law". Both works are elaborated by the former magistrate Sergiu Furdui.

The volume "Problems of law and solutions in the judge's separate opinion" is the result of long-term studies, observations and legal analyzes of real situations in the vast and complex judicial practice. The work stands out for its original content and the legal theme addressed, for its presentation style and method of treating legal issues subject to practical-scientific debates. It is addressed to a wide audience – judges, lawyers, prosecutors, officers of criminal investigation bodies, employees of law enforcement institutions, academic staff and students of law faculties.

"Jurisprudential-scientific contribution to contraventional law" reflects concepts, ideas and solutions related to the evolution, development and consolidation of contraventional law in the legal system of the Republic of Moldova. The work combines applied and fundamental research in the field, based on a collection of 26 articles and studies in contraventional matters. This research brings together the contributions of practitioners and academia into a whole.

We thank Mr. Sergiu Furdui for this donation.
