Materials for individual study have been supplemented with new titles. "Guidelines regarding the assessment of the quality of judges' activity" adopted at the 43rd CEPEJ plenary meeting (Strasbourg, December 3-4, 2024). The purpose of the guidelines is to provide concrete recommendations, based on existing principles, thus respecting the diversity of assessment practices within Member States and allowing for flexibility and adaptation to each country's unique judicial structure and traditions.

"Good practices in accelerating the recovery of assets acquired through illicit means". The guide looks at the various mechanisms that states can adopt to accelerate the confiscation of illegally acquired assets, highlighting the importance of their recovery in the fight against organized crime and corruption, with the aim of supporting development.
