Meeting with representatives of the GIZ project "EU Integration Support Project"
On Thursday, September 18, 2025, the director of the National Institute of Justice, Ramona Strugariu, met with the representatives of the "EU Integration Support Project", implemented by GIZ Moldova and financed by the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany - Laura Cioclea, Sergiu Porcescu and Daniel Goinic. The meeting was also attended by the deputy director of INJ, Ghennadi Epure, and the head of the Continuing Education Section, Octavian Bivol.
The dialogue focused on expanding cooperation in various areas of interest, considering the planning of a new phase of the project for the period 2026-2027. In this regard, the continuation of activities in the form of thematic schools that will provide opportunities for professional development and deepening of knowledge in current matters was confirmed.
The organization of study visits and trainings on topics related to chapters 23 and 24 of the Community acquis, to be determined later, according to the needs identified, was also discussed. The possibility of supporting the National Institute of Justice in aspects related to media coverage and initiation of promotion campaigns was also analyzed.
Another important topic of the meeting concerned collaboration in the organization of a national competition in the field of European law. Its purpose is to promote knowledge about European Union law, the functioning of EU institutions and to strengthen the legal argumentation and advocacy skills of law school students from the Republic of Moldova.
