The National Institute of Justice participates in the greening of Moldova
On Saturday, March 21, as part of the National Forest Extension and Rehabilitation Program, a group of audience members and employees of the National Institute of Justice went to the Căinari Forest Ring Road, where they planted almost one and a half hectares with white acacia - over 3,300 saplings. The initiative came from the director of INJ, Ramona Strugariu, who worked diligently with her colleagues on a massif near the town of Pervomaiskoe.
His exhortation was mobilizing: "We all want a cleaner and safer environment for generations to come. I think it's a wonderful exercise in teamwork, after which we can enjoy the results together. But it's also a message to everyone else: if there's a little mobilization and a little will, you can leave behind wonderful things that last. If we want, we make a green country...".
We would like to thank Mr. Vasile Vengher, responsible for the Căinari Forest Circle, and Mr. Serghei Popescu, forester, for creating an atmosphere with a good mood and for the impeccable organization of the work.
After the plantings, which were immediately sprinkled from the sky, the group of listeners and employees of the National Institute of Justice went to the nearby town - Căinari, the birthplace of the famous priest-poet Alexei Mateevici. Here, they visited the house-museum where the author of the poem "Our Language" was born, the text of which enshrines the current National Anthem of the Republic of Moldova.
The National Institute of Justice also thanks the public television station Moldova 1 for the report broadcast in the edition of the show "Mesager" from March 21 (min. 14) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JoWs9QnMfWc
