Open registration for two new e-courses provided on the ILIAS platform of INJ!

We are pleased to inform you about the premiere launch of two specialized electronic courses on the ILIAS platform of the National Institute of Justice.
1. "International legal cooperation and legal assistance in criminal matters" (40 hours).
Active period of the course: 25.11.2024 – 22.12.2024.
The course provides a comprehensive introduction to the mechanisms and procedures of cross-border cooperation in the investigation of crimes. Within the training program, aspects related to evidence management, international legal assistance, ways of obtaining and using evidence from other jurisdictions are addressed. You will learn how to make effective requests for production of evidence from other jurisdictions and look at practical examples. The course includes interactive modules aimed at improving legal skills aimed at international cooperation in criminal matters.

2. "Financial Analysis Using Excel" (40 hours).
Active period of the course: 25.11.2024 – 22.12.2024.
Tutoring: INJ trainer, HELP certified tutor.
The e-Course provides essential knowledge for using Excel as a tool for analyzing complex financial information. The training program covers methods of processing large volumes of data, including banking information, invoices, telephone decryption and business transactions. Through hands-on modules, participants will learn how to optimize data analysis and extract critical insights for financial investigations. The course is designed to improve investigative skills and data analysis in a financial context.

The courses were developed by the Basel Institute within the project "Strengthening the rule of law and anti-corruption mechanisms in the Republic of Moldova", implemented by the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ).
