Several trainers of the National Institute of Justice participated, between 23-24 October 2025, in an online training course for potential certified tutors of the European Program for the Training of Lawyers in the Field of Human Rights (HELP) of the Council of Europe.

During the two days, the participants were familiarized with the role of the HELP tutor and with the tools needed to create and manage e-courses on the HELP platform. The training included aspects regarding the adaptation of the courses to the national legal framework, the effective use of the e-learning platform, communication with the participants, their evaluation and certification, as well as ensuring the quality of the tutoring process.

The training sessions were delivered by Ana-Maria Telbis, head of the HELP Program, Tatiana Ciaglic, HELP national tutor and head of the e-Learning Section within the INJ, and Oleg Chipric, main specialist in the same section.
