For the attention of persons applying for the position of judge or prosecutor based on seniority

The examination for persons applying for the position of judge or prosecutor on the basis of length of service expected to take place in the current months of November and December was postponed by Decision no. 12/8 of October 30, 2023 of the Council of the National Institute of Justice.

Therefore, the persons in respect of whom they were issued the decisions regarding the submission of the materials of applicants for the positions of judge or prosecutor based on seniority in order to take the exam before the Commission for the graduation exam of the National Institute of Justice of CSM and CSP respectively in the years 2020-2021 inclusive they will take the given exam in the first half of 2024, and the persons in respect of whom the CSM and CSP decisions were issued, respectively, in the years 2022-2024 inclusive – in second half of 2024.
