For the attention of the candidates for the position of prosecutor registered in the Register of candidates to fill vacant positions

The National Institute of Justice informs that, based on art. VI paragraph. (16) para Law for the amendment of some normative acts (improving the mechanism of selection, evaluation and disciplinary liability of prosecutors), no. 200 of 31.07.2023 (in force from 04.08.2023), candidates for the position of prosecutor who in the last five cumulative years have not been active in the field of law, but are registered in the Register of candidates to fill vacant positions, will be selected according to the provisions of this law, after repeatedly passing an exam before the Commission for graduation exams of the National Institute of Justice.

According to art. VI paragraph. (17) the exam will be organized by the INJ within two months. Candidates who refuse or do not appear for the exam will be excluded from the said Register.

Information about the organization of the exam will be displayed on the official websites of the INJ.
