Vacant position: Senior Specialist, Human Resources Section within the Institutional Management Directorate
The National Institute of Justice announces a competition to fill the vacant position:
Senior Specialist, Human Resources Section from the Department of Institutional Management (1 permanent position).
The competition for the selection of candidates for the position of senior specialist, Human Resources Section, includes:
– file competition;
– sample interview.
Basic tasks of the vacant position:
- participates in the process of carrying out personnel procedures in the field of selection, recruitment, integration, evaluation and professional development of personnel;
- prepares the actions regarding the training of the staff of the National Institute of Justice;
- drafts orders of the management of the National Institute of Justice;
- perfects documents regarding the personal data of INJ employees;
- perfects the individual employment contracts concluded with trainers, committee members, working groups and practice tutors;
- maintains the archive and nomenclature of the documents of the Section and the National Institute of Justice.
Conditions for participation in the contest:
- bachelor's/equivalent higher studies in the field of law;
- professional development courses in the field of human resources management are an advantage;
- knowledge of effective personnel policies and procedures, as well as positive national and foreign practices in the field;
- knowledge of an international language of at least intermediate level;
- knowledge of computer operation: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
Documents to be presented:
- application for participation in the competition according to Appendix no. 1;
- cover letter and curriculum vitae (CV);
- copy of the identity document;
- copy(s) of the document(s) of studies and certificates of participation in professional development and/or specialization courses;
- agreement regarding the processing of personal data.
