Vacant position: Head of Continuing Education Department

The National Institute of Justice announces a competition to fill the vacant position:

Head of the Continuous Training Section within the Training and Research Directorate

(1 permanent position)

The competition for the selection of candidates for the position of Head of the Continuous Training Section includes:

– file competition;

– sample interview.

Basic tasks of the vacant position:

  •  the elaboration and implementation of proposals for changes and updates of the normative acts related to the activity of continuous training;
  •  ensuring the development of the annual continuous training program based on the needs identified by the didactic-methodical and trainer training section, subsequently, of the semester calendar plans and presentation for approval/approval;
  •  ensuring the implementation of national and internal strategic acts related to continuous training;
  •  cooperation with trainers, beneficiaries, structural subdivisions and institutions related to continuous training;
  •  identification/selection of trainers for continuous training, both from the network of trainers and occasional ones;
  •  ensuring the development by trainers of training course agendas, as well as didactic materials in the field of continuous training;
  •  monitoring the implementation/ensuring of the quality assessment of continuous training activities;
  •  monitoring and ensuring the management of the database of the Information System regarding the record of continuous training activities;
  •  monitoring the management of the goods offered to the beneficiaries of continuous training;
  •  ensuring the transmission in the archive of the materials related to the activity of the section according to the nomenclature;
  •  participation in the periodic evaluations of trainers according to the Methodology in the field.

Conditions for participation in the contest:

  •  higher, bachelor's/equivalent studies in the field of law, management or pedagogy;
  •  minimum 3 years in the legal, management or pedagogical field;
  •  knowledge of the legislation in the field of justice;
  •  knowledge of the processes of elaboration, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies;
  •  knowledge of another international language is an advantage;
  •  knowledge of computer operation: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet;
  •  professional development courses in the field of management.

  • application for participation in the competition according to Appendix no. 1;
  • cover letter and curriculum vitae (CV);
  • copy of the identity document;
  • copy(s) of the document(s) of studies and certificates of participation in professional development and/or specialization courses;
  • agreement regarding the processing of personal data.

After the examination of the files and the conditions of participation in the competition, the information on the date, time and place of the interview test will be placed on the INJ website (www inj.gov.md) and will be made known to each candidate admitted to the interview test.

Position salary:

According to Law 270/2018 on the unitary salary system.
