The National Institute of Justice announces the extension of the competition for filling the vacant position:
Head of e-training section within the Legal Information Center
(1 permanent position)
The competition for the selection of candidates for the position of Head of the e-training section includes:
- file competition;
- the interview test.
Basic tasks of the vacant position:
- ensuring and improving the electronic training process: development, testing, delivery, evaluation of quality, level of satisfaction, optimization of electronic courses;
- ensuring the efficient management of the Section;
- the elaboration of draft letters, responses in the field of competence and exposure to draft normative acts, procedures, policy documents of the INJ;
- reporting the activities carried out within the Section;
- coordinating the process of maintenance, development and improvement of the ILIAS platform.
Conditions for participation in the contest:
- higher degree/equivalent studies in the field of law (additional studies in the field of information technologies are an advantage);
- knowledge of the English language;
- training experience (training experience in the legal field is an advantage);
- thorough knowledge, refresher courses, demonstrated experience in the field of e-learning organization, LMS management, management;
- advanced computer operation skills, application of specialized software for the development of e-courses, management of LMS platforms;
- minimum 3 years of experience in the reference field.

- cover letter and curriculum vitae (CV);
- copy of the identity document;
- copy(s) of the document(s) of studies and certificates of participation in professional development and/or specialization courses;
- agreement regarding the processing of personal data (in free form).

After the examination of the files and the conditions of participation in the competition, the information on the date, time and place of the interview test will be placed on the INJ web page (www.inj.gov.md) and will be made known to each candidate admitted to the interview test.
Position salary:
According to Law 270/2018 on the unitary salary system.
