The National Institute of Justice announces a competition to fill the vacant position:
Senior Specialist, International Relations Section
(1 permanent position)
The competition for the selection of candidates for the position of senior specialist, International Relations Section, includes:
– file competition;
– sample interview.
Basic tasks of the vacant position:
- identifies aspects of cooperation with national and international institutions/organizations, including magistracy schools abroad;
- facilitates the implementation of external assistance projects;
- elaborates the project of collaboration agreements of INJ with national and international institutions/organizations and prepares the process of signing them;
- studies the participation possibilities of INJ in various national and international programs on the common interest segment;
- organizes the visits of INJ delegations abroad;
- organizes the meetings, the meetings with the development partners of the INJ;
- keep materials and information reports on the results of trips abroad;
- carry out translations from/into English.
Conditions of participation in the contest:
- knowledge of the legislation in the field of justice;
- knowledge of the English language, advanced level;
- knowledge of another international language is an advantage;
- knowledge of computer operation: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
Documents to be presented:
- application for participation in the competition according to Appendix no. 1;
- cover letter and curriculum vitae (CV);
- copy of the identity document;
- copy(s) of the document(s) of studies and certificates of participation in professional development and/or specialization courses;
- agreement regarding the processing of personal data.

After the examination of the files and the conditions of participation in the competition, the information regarding the date, time and place of the interview test will be placed on the INJ website (www inj.gov.md) and will be made known to each candidate admitted to the interview test.
