The National Institute of Justice announces a competition to fill the vacant position:
Vacant position: Senior specialist (economist), Economic and Financial Section
(1 permanent position)
The competition for the selection of candidates for the position of Principal Specialist, Economic and Financial Section includes:
– file competition;
– sample interview.
Basic tasks of the vacant position:
- ensures the planning of the budget of the National Institute of Justice, the analysis of its execution and the reporting on programs;
- ensures the elaboration of the budget by programs, CBTM and other planning on different components of the budget, estimates the expenses necessary for the activity of the Institute, executes the elaboration of the budget by programs;
- keeps records of budget expenses, income and expenses of special means, other means;
- participates in the elaboration of specifications regarding the services of organization and conduct of continuous training courses, as well as elaborates tariffs (costs) for the provision of continuous training services against payment;
- prepares and presents reports on the management of program budgets, reports on the implementation of the actions envisaged in the Action Plan, Development Strategies;
- is responsible for drawing up projects to amend the staffing scheme, other calculations of the need for financial means in the event of a change in the legislation regarding labor remuneration;
Conditions of participation in the contest:
- higher degree/equivalents in the economic field;
- to have thorough knowledge of the finance and accounting system;
- to possess solid knowledge regarding the legislation regarding the fields of finance and accounting;
- knowledge of the Romanian language;
- knowledge of computer operation: Word, Excel, 1C: Enterprise 8.1, 8.3, Revspa.exe., Finansist, Internet and other information programs;
Documents to be presented:
- the application for participation in the competition according to ANNEX;
- motivation letter and curriculum vitae (CV);
- copy of the identity document;
- copy(s) of the document(s) of studies and certificates of participation in professional development and/or specialization courses;
- the agreement regarding the processing of personal data.

After the examination of the files and the conditions of participation in the competition, the information regarding the date, time and place of the interview test will be placed on the INJ website (www inj.gov.md) and will be made known to each candidate admitted to the interview test.
