The repeated examination for candidates for the position of judge

The National Institute of Justice announces that, between August 15-16, the repeated examination of candidates for the position of judge, registered in the Register of participants in the competition to fill the vacant positions of judge, president or vice-president of the court, who have not been active in the field of law in the last five years, will be held.

The basis for taking the respective exam is Law no. 147 art. 25 para. (3) of the current June 9, the CSM Decision of July 27, 2023 and the INJ Council Decision of July 31, 2023.
