INJ trainers can sign up for the "Active-participatory training methodology" e-course

Dear INJ trainers,

We invite you to participate in the e-course "Active-participatory training methodology",  provided on the ILIAS Platform of INJ.

The duration of this course is 40 hours and aims to update knowledge and develop offline training skills for INJ beneficiaries.

During the course, participants will acquire the following skills: use of terminology specific to the field of training; design and organization of training programs; evaluation and review of training activities and programs; effective communication and relationship with adults; the use of modern training methodologies and technologies; development of educational training documents; self-assessment and continuous training.

The course includes support from tutors and access to a forum for sharing best practices.
