At the ERA conference, discussions focused on the successes and challenges of 2024-2025, setting the directions for the 2026 programs in the areas of asylum and migration, personal data protection, commercial law, banking and financial services, competition law, intellectual property, constitutional and institutional law, judicial cooperation in civil matters, human rights. A special emphasis was placed on the evaluation of the ERA strategy for the candidate countries for the European Union starting in 2022, including the Republic of Moldova, as well as on the integration of artificial intelligence tools in training processes, adapting training methods to the needs and expectations of digital natives, achieving carbon footprint neutrality by 2027.

Both events provided the opportunity to strengthen cooperative relations and share the best European practices that can be implemented in the national system of training professionals in the legal sector. The director of INJ emphasized the importance of the contribution of European partners to the training of practitioners from the justice system of the Republic of Moldova and identified new project opportunities for INJ within these debates.
