Five webinars provided by the National Institute of Magistracy in Romania, accessible to the beneficiaries of the National Institute of Justice

Beneficiaries of the National Institute of Justice are invited to participate in five webinars provided and certified by the National Institute of Magistracy in Romania.

  • Personal Development and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), November 4-5, 2024 (registration period: 30.10.2024 – 1.11.2024)

The event will take place on the ZOOM platform, between 9:15 and 17:00, for two days. The seminar will explore the potential of NLP in personal development, addressing the four essential themes: rapport, sensory acuity, objective and subjective judgement, along with intra- and interpersonal communication. The pattern of communication and self-knowledge – the mechanisms by which we function and the influences on personal and professional life – will also be discussed. Participants will learn applied NLP techniques such as reframing and cognitive distortions.

  • CJEU jurisprudence – civil aspects, 11-12 November 2024 (registration period: 30.10.2024 – 7.11.2024)

The event will take place on the ZOOM platform, between 10:00 and 15:30, for two days. The seminar will address the following topics: the European system for the protection of fundamental rights, the differences between the European Convention on Human Rights and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, the contribution of CJEU jurisprudence to the development of the protection of fundamental rights within the EU, the structure and scope of the Charter, its use in national procedures, including the scope and interpretation. Information sources and practical resources will also be presented, as well as the recent jurisprudence of the CJEU regarding the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, along with other relevant topics.

  • Leadership, November 18-19, 2024 (registration period: 30.10.2024 – 7.11.2024)
  • Training of trainers in the field of digital training tools, November 21-22, 2024 (registration period: 30.10.2024 – 7.11.2024)

The event will take place on the ZOOM platform, between 10:00 and 15:30, for two days. The seminar will address essential topics such as the digital architecture of learning and the development of digital competences of trainers through interactive applications. In addition, the session will provide guidelines for training preparation, adapting content for online sessions, and stimulating interactivity through questions and exercises.

  • The preliminary dialogue between the Court of Justice of the European Union and national courts in a multilingual context. Recent developments and best practices, November 25, 2024 (registration period: 30.10.2024 – 7.11.2024)

The event will take place on the ZOOM platform, between 9:45 and 12:00. The central topic of the webinar is the treatment and examination - from the perspective of the multilingualism inherent in the activity of the Court of Justice of the European Union and in the context of the latest reform, applicable from October 1, 2024, regarding the partial transfer of the competence to resolve preliminary references in certain specific areas from the Court of Justice to the Tribunal - of requests for preliminary rulings made by national courts and is designed in such a way as to be as flexible as possible to be able to respond to needs and expectations participants.
