INJ beneficiaries, invited to the webinar on the procedural rights of migrant and refugee children in legal proceedings

Beneficiaries of the National Institute of Justice are invited to participate in the webinar on the procedural rights of migrant and refugee children in legal proceedings, organized by the International Commission of Jurists.

The event will be held online at 7 October 2025, between classes 11:00–12:30 (CET).

The webinar will examine the international and European Union frameworks that guarantee the procedural rights of migrant and refugee children, including topics on:

- Procedural guarantees in asylum and migration procedures under international law;

- Legal representation and safeguards for unaccompanied minors according to the EU Pact on Asylum and Migration;

-  Discussions on challenges and good practices in the field.
